At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your athlete profile and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Secure the unused sports equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
